Update on WnH 25 (July, 2022)

We have closely watched developments re: Covid over the last 2 years and have determined that the safest way to hold the event this year is to have only vaccinated and boosted men in attendance. While there are some who object to the vaccines on various grounds, and while we respect their right to decide what goes into their bodies, we will follow the mainstream science when it comes to assuring the safety of our brothers who attend WnH. This is not up for debate. If you choose to be unvaccinated and boosted for any reason, then you will have to skip this year’s WnH.
We will require as proof of vaccination/boosters from all citizens of the US and its territories, at registration, the original CDC 3×5 card with your name that matches the name on your picture ID…no exceptions. Just to spell it out, ORIGINAL CDC 3×5 CARD means: no PDFs, no cell pictures, no xerox copies…ONLY THE ORIGINAL CARD!!! For those living in other countries, after you register for the event, we will research what your government gives as official proof of vaccination and will ask for that proof at the registration table, along with your official picture ID. This is for the protection of everyone in our community and so we can all feel emotionally relaxed and liberated to be our normal, piggy selves at the event.
In the event that something goes awry between now and July and the event does not take place, I urge you to make REFUNDABLE airline and hotel reservations NOW while people are not flying and the airlines and hotels are still hungry, as you have nothing to lose; either that or buy trip insurance that doesn’t exclude Covid or fly with an airline that issues credits for cancelled flights.
Registration will open on March 20. Further details will be forthcoming. wetnhot.net has been updated to reflect the latest information.
Big, wet hugs to you all and stay safe!
Dan

Thank you for believing in science and keeping us all as safe as possible, I would not otherwise attend.
Thank you very much for requiring proof of vaccination!
