IMPORTANT!!! Before You Purchase Your Ticket:
- If you are from the USA or Canada, use your mobile number and Email address to register and purchase your ticket.
- If you are outside North America, use your Email address to register and purchase your ticket. Enter the first 10 digits of your phone number or just make up a 10-digit number. You will receive your confirmation by Email, not phone, but the system requires 10 digits.
- Please add customer.care@wannago.show to your contacts to ensure that you receive your event confirmation. If you don’t do this, your confirmation may land in your spam folder.
- Your confirmation should arrive within a minute of you ordering your ticket. If you used your Email to register and you don’t see a confirmation Email, please check your spam folder. If you don’t find it, sign in to Wannago using the phone number or Email address that you used when you registered.
- If you are using an iPhone, you may add your ticket to your Apple Wallet.
- If you are not using an iPhone, please either do a screenshot of your ticket or print your ticket out on paper.
- Please remember KH•Pay for DW Media, LLC. This is what will appear on your credit card statement.
