The 2025 room lottery will take place on March 15, 2025.

You must purchase a weekend pass on or before March 10 to be entered into the room lottery, which will take place on March 15. Lottery winners will be able to make their reservations at the host resort on March 19.

In order to provide an excellent experience for you, we have a participant to volunteer ratio of 10 to 1. For example, if we have 850 attendees, we will have 85 volunteers. Most of these volunteers will stay at the host resort so that they can be available at a moment’s notice when needed. This means that approximately 85 rooms at the host resort will be filled with volunteers. After the volunteers have all been accommodated, the remaining rooms at the host resort will be placed into a lottery. Those who purchase a weekend pass on or before March 10 will automatically be entered into the room lottery. Because there won’t be a large number of rooms at the host resort after the volunteers have been accommodated, we suggest booking refundable accommodations elsewhere, then canceling them if you win the lottery.

A few rooms at the host resort may become available close to the dates of the event due to cancellations. If you are interested in these rooms, join our Facebook group or mailing list to be notified if and when host hotel rooms become available after March.
