The 2027 room drawing will take place on March 14, 2027.

To be entered into the host resort room drawing, you must purchase a weekend pass by March 9. Drawing winners can reserve their rooms starting March 18.

To ensure a great experience, we maintain a 10:1 attendee-to-volunteer ratio. Most volunteers stay at the host resort, which limits the number of rooms available for the drawing. If you enter the drawing, we recommend booking refundable accommodations elsewhere in case you don’t win.

Finally, if you would like to be guaranteed a room at the host resort, you can volunteer here. Volunteering greatly enriches your experience. All of our volunteers are offered the opportunity to stay at the host resort.
