It is getting close to that special weekend, when we all get together to share our passion for water sports. We just wanted to touch base with you about a few things to make your Wet n Hot experience even better.
First and most important is that CCBC has a new check in policy. In the past we had you sign a release form for CCBC at registration. They have updated their systems and have gone all digital. Now, to enter CCBC you have to be in their check-in system. It is a lot like a gym membership. To do this, they swipe your driver’s license or Passport and give a signature. Once this is done, the next time you enter CCBC, all you have to do is swipe your ID.
This is going to be one extra step that is going to cause a line when you enter CCBC to attend Wet n Hot parties and BBQs.
How do we make this easier?
You can go online and fill out the CCBC check-in process before you arrive for Wet n Hot. That way, all you will have to do is swipe your ID and show your Wet N Hot wristband and you are in. That simple!
So if you do not wish to wait in line, it is advised that you start the check in process online before you go. Here is the link to do so.
The next issue is parking. The parking lot at CCBC is reserved for hotel guests and volunteers. We have a parking lot across the street for the party attendees that are not staying at CCBC. You will receive a map in your registration package that shows this parking area clearly.
We are in the process of making a deal with Lyft and Uber to have extra drivers on hand for the weekend, for those of you that don’t want the hassle of parking a car.
Another big announcement is the addition of All Worlds Resort as a new host hotel for Wet n Hot attendees.
They are offering special rates: July 7-9 2017
